Concessions Positions

Physical requirements:

·         Lift 25 LBS

·         Stand on feet for extended periods of time

·         Prepare, assemble and serve a wide variety of foods

·         Work rapidly and efficiently in performing job duties

·         Work cohesively with peers, supervisors, and other advisors

·         Apply and maintain standards of cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene

·         Count money and make change correctly

·         Demonstrate customer service skills

Concessions Opening Checklist:

·         Punch in

·         Start hotdogs/brats

o    Replace those as you use them every 30 min or so (more often if you’re going through them extremely quickly) stop replacing about 30 min prior to end of games

·         Start pretzels

o    Replace every 30 min or so (more often if you’re going through them extremely quickly) stop replacing about 30 min prior to end of games

·         Start popcorn

o    Make 3 packs right away

o    Keep making popcorn as you need it

o    Do not make more popcorn 30 min prior to end of games

·         Make sure slushies are on

·         Make sure candy is stocked

·         Make sure you have enough boats/nacho containers accessible

·         Make sure you have received starting cash from Robin

Concessions Closing Checklist:

·         Scoop out popcorn into bags and wipe out machine (make sure it is off)

·         Put pretzels in boats to be sold @ end of night or taken home by staff if they don’t sell, wipe out machine (make sure it is off)

·         Stock all sodas, Gatorade, water (now that it is hot out this is extremely important)

·         Stock candy-keep chocolate in the fridge now that it is hot out

·         Make sure slushie machines are full for next day

·         Replenish buns/hotdogs/brats so that there is product thawing for next day

·         INFORM ROBIN IF YOU ARE RUNNING LOW ON ANYTING, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL WE ARE OUT!

·         Wipe down all counters with sanitizer wipes, make sure everything is neat and tidy

·         Sweep floor

·         Throw away all wrappers/trash, Take out the garbage and replace the liner

·         Make sure Robin has taken your deposit

·         Split tips between those who worked that shift

·         Punch Out
