Request to Move Player Up or Down
MFLL registrants may request to have their ballplayer play up or down from your age-assigned division. During registration, only the applicable division is allowed for selection. You will be able to choose to play up or down a few screens after the player information.
Selecting a player to play down a division does not automatically ensure the player will be moved to a new division. The player will be evaluated by the VP of Baseball or VP of Softball to determine this.
Refunds
The refund policy is stated on the Player Registration form which is signed by the parent/guardian. After March 1st no refunds are available:
Refunds (less $25 for administrative fees) are available, upon written request, prior to March 1st. (*After March 1st, any refund request must be submitted in writing and is subject to Board approval for exception cases only: moving out of area, major injury, or high school play. The Board will determine if a refund will be granted on a case-by-case basis.)

Financial Assistance
T-Mobile is again offering their Call-Up Grant administered by Every Kid Sports. If you are requesting financial assistance, please complete the grant registration and fill out the below form and mail this form back to MFLL c/o Confidential PO Box 253 Meno Fall WI 53052.
Hardship Request
Each submission is reviewed case-by-case.
FORMS
School enrollment & Health forms need to be completed by ALL players. Forms are required for All Star play so we ask that you complete the form now so everything is on file if needed.
COACH
Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time to be a coach or team manager. Due to the number of individuals expressing interest in some divisions, we do not always have positions for everyone. We cannot guarantee you will be paired with the individual(s) you may listed. Please, DO NOT pair yourself with an individual if you have not discussed this with them. Based upon previous years’ evaluations, a coach may not be invited back this season. Please note: Background checks and concussion training is required for ALL coaches. Both must be completed prior to season start - you will not receive your coaches shirt or team equipment until this is done.
